Crispy chicken breast tender strip, served without a bun and coated in your chosen spice level from the heat scale. It's a core menu item alongside the slider, and comes in the same spectrum from No Spice through Reaper. The breading is meant to stay crunchy around the meat, providing a textured shell, while the heat comes from the peppery coating on the surface rather than seasoning inside the chicken itself. Each strip is big enough for two or three bites, and you can order them solo or as part of a combo with fries and a drink. Serve on their own or with dipping sauce, depending on how much extra flavour you want on each bite.
