What is it?

Burger fillings get wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves instead of a bun, so the structure stays the same but the bread disappears. You still get the usual Five Guys setup, with two patties if that’s the burger you order, plus toppings and sauces chosen at the counter. Compared with the Burger Bowl, this version keeps the fillings enclosed in lettuce rather than served loose in a bowl. It’s a bun-free option in the UK Five Guys lineup, built from the same standard burger components.
