The Sweet Mince Pie Roll puts a mince pie filling into the same shape as a Greggs sausage roll. Puff pastry wraps around a sweet mincemeat of vine fruits, Bramley apples and candied orange and lemon peel, and the scored top gets a light dusting of icing sugar. Bramley apples are a British cooking variety, sharper than eating apples, and they're a traditional part of mincemeat alongside the dried fruit and peel. Each roll weighs 93.5g and is baked in shops daily. It opened the Greggs Christmas range for 2026, arriving with Pigs in Blankets, back after four years away, and the returning Sweet Mince Pies, Christmas Cake Slices and Christmas Mini Caramel Shortbreads.
