Two Original Recipe chicken fillets sit with a sage and onion stuffing patty, spicy cranberry sauce, cheese, lettuce and burger dressing in a brioche bun. Built as KFC UK's Christmas burger, it leans on the stuffing patty for that roast-dinner note, while the cranberry brings sweet-tart heat to the fried chicken. A smaller Stuffing Tower also showed up in the range, using a single fillet instead of two. Compared with KFC's regular burgers, this one swaps the usual pickle-and-mayo rhythm for stuffing and cranberry, which shifts it firmly into seasonal territory.
