Sausage Muffin

What is it?

British Cumberland sausage meets house ketchup in a toasted sourdough muffin. It's a compact breakfast sandwich built around a single sausage patty, a split muffin, and a slick of tomato ketchup, with the bread toasted so it picks up a little structure on the outside. Compared with other items in the breakfast range, it's one of the simpler combinations, with just sausage, sauce and bread doing the work. Cumberland seasoning brings black pepper and herb notes to the pork, which pairs well with the sharp sweetness of the ketchup.
