Scrambled eggs, a pork sausage patty, a hash brown, and a toasted English muffin come plated together on a single tray, with a small portion of butter in the mix. The eggs were the soft, folded style McDonald's used across its breakfast range, while the sausage patty was the same round pork patty found in other breakfast sandwiches. Unlike the breakfast wraps and muffins, this came as a more traditional plate-style meal, built for eating with a knife and fork or picking apart by hand. It sat in McDonald's UK breakfast line-up until 2015, when it was removed from the menu.
