Double shot of Rainforest Alliance Certified beans, pulled under pressure and served hot in a small cup with a thin layer of crema on top. There's very little else in the cup, just concentrated coffee and about 50ml of liquid. Compared with milk-based coffees on the same menu, this is the stripped-back option, with no dairy, no sweetener, and no froth. It's designed for quick drinking rather than lingering, and the volume stays low even though the flavour is punchy and full-bodied. Medium roast brings out some chocolate and nutty notes without tipping into bitterness, though strength can shift slightly between branches depending on machine calibration. If you want caffeine without the extras, it's the most direct route on the drinks menu.
