Two shots of espresso topped with a thin layer of steamed milk, this McCafé coffee keeps the milk foam light and the coffee at the front. It’s served hot in a cup, with less volume than a latte and no thick cap of foam like a cappuccino. Compared with the rest of McDonald’s milk coffee range, it’s built for a smaller, denser drink. The milk is textured to be smooth and velvety, so the espresso stays central rather than getting diluted by extra milk.
