What is it?

Two beef patties sit under smoky peppercorn sauce, crispy fried onions, bacon, a slice of cheese, lettuce, and a toasted sesame bun. The sauce is the main flavour marker here, with creaminess and cracked pepper doing most of the work. Crunch from the onions cuts through the soft bun and layered meat, while the bacon adds another savoury note. Seen in limited runs across 2023 to 2025, this burger sat on McDonald’s UK premium side of the menu rather than the core lineup. It was later replaced there by the Big Arch.
