What is it?

Thick-cut potato chips, cooked until crisp outside and fluffy in the centre, with no PERi-PERi salt or other seasoning. They’re served as a plain side, usually alongside grilled chicken, burgers, or wraps, and they sit in Nando’s chip lineup next to the PERi-Salted version, which gets the spiced coating. Compared with the seasoned option, these are just the chip itself: potato, oil, salt if added at service, and not much else. In a fast-food setting, that means a straightforward side rather than a flavoured snack.
