The HalloOoOoOomi Sticks are Nando's halloumi sticks with a Halloween twist. The cheese is basted in VUSA XX Hot, a guest spice brought in for the season, then topped with Pineapple & Red Pepper Salsa. The drawn-out name is the ghost noise. The regular menu already has halloumi sticks served with PERi-Honey or chilli jam on the side for dipping. This version puts the heat on the cheese itself and swaps the dip for a salsa spooned over the top. It's part of the PERi-normal Halloween menu, which also brought Phantom Wings, Tombstone Chips with Dark PERi-Chicken Salt, Loaded PERi-Mac and a Toffee Apple Pastel de Nata. First served in UK restaurants in 2026.
