A warm tortilla holds grilled chicken, PERi-Mac & Cheese, lettuce and a PERi-Crumb topping, with PERi-Tamer sauce folded through for extra heat control. The chicken can be ordered at different PERi-PERi spice levels, while the mac and cheese adds pasta, sauce and melted cheese to the usual wrap format. Compared with other Nando's wraps, this one leans heavier and more layered, with a softer centre from the mac and cheese and a dry crunch from the crumb topping. It was added to the UK menu as a limited-time item.
