

Grain bowls aren’t the first thing most people associate with Nando’s, but here the base is grains rather than chips or bread. On top sit flame-grilled chicken, avocado, and a mix of fresh vegetables, finished with dressing. You can choose the PERi-PERi heat level on the chicken, so the spice can be adjusted to taste. It’s one of two bowl options on the menu, alongside the other bowl in the range. Compared with the chain’s wraps, burgers, and platters, this one leans more on grains and vegetables, with the chicken and avocado doing most of the work in terms of flavour and texture.
