Built around a flame-grilled chicken breast, this Christmas burger stacks melted cheese, two Bubble & Squeak Croquettes, caramelised onions, lettuce, and Churrasco PERinaise in a rustic Portuguese roll. Nando’s served it with a side pot of PERi-PERi Chicken Gravy for dipping, which is where the roast-dinner link really comes through. The croquettes bring sprouts and potato into the mix, so the filling leans starchy and compact rather than loose. Compared with Nando’s regular chicken burgers, it’s the biggest build in the UK lineup and the one most tied to the brand’s seasonal range.
