Brownie Swirl

What is it?

Flaky pastry layers run through with chocolate brownie mix, so each slice shows a tight swirl rather than a filled centre. It’s a pastry format with a brownie-style chocolate flavour, closer to a croissant-style bake than a traditional traybake.
