What is it?

Peppery pastrami-style beef sits in a soft roll with pickles, mustard and salad, built in the shape of a deli sandwich rather than a toasted one. It’s a cold, handheld lunch, with thin slices of beef and a sharp, vinegary edge from the pickles. Compared with other Pret rolls, this one leans more towards deli flavours than chicken or cheese fillings. The bread stays fairly soft, so the texture comes mostly from the sliced meat and the crunch of the pickles.
