

A flour tortilla folded in half, filled with a three-cheese blend and creamy jalapeño sauce, then grilled until the filling melts and the outside picks up a little colour. In Taco Bell’s UK lineup, it’s one of the simpler items, built around just tortilla, cheese, and sauce rather than the layered fillings you get in burritos or tacos. The texture is soft and stretchy in the centre, with a lightly toasted surface. Served hot, it’s cut into wedges for eating by hand.
