Seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, and spicy ranch sauce sit in a crisp taco shell, then the whole thing gets wrapped in a soft flatbread with melted cheese pressed between the layers. Two separate shells create a taco-bread hybrid: one crunchy and one soft, bonded together by the melted cheese that acts as glue between them. In the UK lineup, it follows the same core filling as a standard crunchy taco, but adds the flatbread wrap and cheese layer that hold the assembly together and stop the inner shell from shattering everywhere. Compared with a plain crunchy taco, the extra bread layer adds more substance and makes it easier to eat without the contents falling out.
