What is it?

Long, thin pork sausage sits in a finger roll with melted cheese draped over the top. Served hot, it's built from the same Bender sausage used across the menu, but here the cheese changes the texture and adds a soft, glossy layer that coats the meat as you bite through. The sausage itself has a snappier skin and a more seasoned, smoky flavour than a standard hot dog frank. Mustard or ketchup can be added, but the cheese already brings enough richness to carry the roll on its own. Compared with a plain Bender in a bun, the melted cheese makes this a heavier, more filling option that leans into comfort food territory.
