Built around a quarter-pound beef patty, this limited-edition burger from Wimpy pairs thick bacon with red onion rings, lettuce, and tomato. A hot chilli sauce brings ginger and garlic into the mix, so the heat reads sharper and more aromatic than a standard burger sauce. It sat in the brand’s early-2021 limited run, alongside a Gourmet Chicken version that used grilled chicken breast instead of beef. Compared with Wimpy’s permanent burgers, the sauce here is the main difference, with the bacon adding extra salt and smoke.
