What is it?

Breaded fish fillet, lettuce, tartare sauce and lemon sit in a soft bun here, built as Wimpy's seafood burger option. Fillet is the main event, with a crisp coating and a mild fish centre, while the sauce adds creaminess and the lettuce gives a bit of crunch. Compared with other burgers in the Wimpy lineup, it swaps beef for fish and keeps the assembly straightforward. Named after a fishing shanty, it fits the nautical brief without changing the formula much. Tartare sauce does most of the flavour work beyond the fish itself, with the lemon adding a bright note that cuts through the breading. It's one of Wimpy's simpler builds.
