Sold frozen and baked in the oven, it’s part of Aldi’s Carlos range, which leans into simple pizza-shop styles rather than loaded toppings. The crust is meant to stay soft and doughy underneath, with a browned cheese layer on top. Compared with thinner Aldi pizzas, this one has more bread in the centre and a heavier, more compact slice.
