They’re plain potato fries with a narrow cut, so they cook through faster than chunkier chips and tend to turn crisper at the edges. The Four Seasons line covers a lot of straightforward frozen vegetables and potatoes, and these sit in that no-frills part of the range. For cooking, spread them out on a tray and bake until golden, or use an air fryer if you want a drier, more even finish.
