Hash Browns - Four Seasons

What is it?

Crispy shredded potato hash browns from Aldi’s Four Seasons range, sold frozen and cooked straight from the freezer. Each one is made from grated potato formed into small oval cakes, then fried or baked until the outside firms up and the inside stays soft and starchy. They’re the familiar breakfast-side style, closer to diner hash browns than a potato patty or rosti, and they’re meant to be served alongside eggs, bacon, or beans. Compared with other Four Seasons frozen potato items, these are the simplest format, with just potato at the centre.
