King prawns come cooked in a creamy green pesto sauce, with a high-protein lean to the recipe. Sold as part of Aldi’s The Fishmonger range, it sits closer to a seafood sauce or meal component than a full frozen dinner. Expect prawns in sauce rather than a pasta dish, with basil, cheese and oil notes from the pesto. It’s designed for heating through from frozen or chilled, depending on the pack instructions, and the sauce does most of the work in the bowl.
