Salmon fillet sits under a prawn and white wine filling, all wrapped in puff pastry and baked as a Wellington. Specially Selected is Aldi’s more formal frozen range, so this lands closer to a plated centrepiece than a simple fish fillet. Inside, the salmon stays whole, while the shellfish sauce brings a looser, richer layer between fish and pastry. It’s sold frozen and cooked in the oven, with the pastry doing the usual work of sealing everything together as it heats.
