Thin-cut potato fries come coated for extra crunch and are sold frozen in a bag for oven cooking. They’re part of Aldi’s Four Seasons range, which covers straightforward frozen sides and vegetables, and these sit closer to classic chips than chunky fries. The coating is what sets them apart, giving a drier, crisper exterior than plain straight-cut fries. Cook them from frozen in the oven, or use an air fryer if that’s what you’ve got. Inside, it’s still potato, just cut small and built for a more brittle bite than soft-centred fries.
