Mild korma sauce, built around cream, coconut, and spices, coats pieces of poultry alongside pilau rice in a frozen meal for the microwave or oven. Compared with other frozen curries in the range, it's one of the simpler, more straightforward combinations: sauce, meat, rice, all in one tray, ready from frozen. Korma sits at the mildest end of the curry spectrum, making it a good entry point if you don't want much heat. Coconut in the sauce gives it a slightly sweet, rounded quality, and the almond notes come through as a background flavour rather than anything dominant.
