Skin-on potato fries come cut into thick batons and frozen, with the peel left on for a rougher edge and a bit more texture. They’re meant to be cooked from frozen, usually in the oven or air fryer, until the outside firms up and the centre turns soft. Compared with plain fries in ASDA’s frozen range, these keep a little more potato flavour and a less uniform look. They’re just fries, nothing more, but the skin-on cut changes how they eat and how they brown.
