Flaky Cod Fish Fingers

What is it?

Ten frozen fish fingers made with cod and a flaky breadcrumb coating. They come in a pack of 10 and are designed for oven cooking or air frying, with the usual breaded finger shape that’s easy to portion out at mealtimes. Compared with ASDA’s standard fish fingers, these use cod rather than a mixed white fish filling, so the centre is built around that fish variety alone. The exterior stays crisp while the inside is meant to separate into flakes after cooking, rather than holding together as a smooth paste.
