Piri piri seasoned chicken sits with spicy rice in this frozen meal from ASDA's protein range. It’s built for the microwave, so the chicken and rice heat together from frozen, with the seasoning and sauce doing most of the work. Expect rice grains with peppers and spices, plus chicken pieces rather than a single fillet. Compared with some other ASDA frozen meals, this one leans on higher protein and a simpler plate format, with the rice carrying much of the flavour.
