They're just tuna, with no breading or sauce, so the texture stays firm and meaty when cooked quickly in a hot pan, grill, or oven. Compared with breaded or marinated fish options in the range, this is the plain version, letting you season it yourself. Tuna works best when seared quickly at high heat, leaving the centre slightly pink rather than cooking it all the way through, which keeps the flesh tender instead of dry.
