Par-baked Yorkshire puddings that go in your own oven to finish. Usually sold frozen, they’re made from a simple batter of flour, eggs, milk and oil, then baked partway so they can puff up and set at home. Compared with Aunt Bessie’s standard ready-to-heat yorkshires, these need that extra bake time and come out with a drier, crisper surface. They’re meant to be heated from frozen in a hot oven until risen and browned, then served with roast dinner gravy or whatever you’ve got on the plate.
