White fish fillets come in a gluten-free breadcrumb coating, sold from frozen and cooked in the oven or under the grill. Inside, the fillets are plain and flaky, while the exterior bakes up crispier than a battered piece of fish. Birds Eye also has standard breaded fillets in its range, but this version swaps wheat flour for gluten-free ingredients so the coating works for coeliacs and anyone avoiding gluten. Serve them with chips, peas, or whatever else you’ve got in the freezer.
