What is it?

Multiple cheeses sit on top of a thin pizza base, with more cheese baked into the stuffed crust. It’s a frozen pizza from Chicago Town, designed for oven baking, and it comes in the brand’s stuffed crust range rather than its deep dish or takeaway-style lines. Inside, you’ll usually find cheeses such as mozzarella, cheddar, edam and red Leicester, depending on the recipe. The crust holds the filling all the way round, so the cheese runs from edge to centre. Like other Chicago Town pizzas, it’s built to go straight from frozen into the oven, then baked until the base is set and the cheese has melted and browned.
