Cheesy Bites Hot Pepperoni

What is it?

Bite-sized pizza pieces filled with tomato sauce, mozzarella-style cheese and pepperoni, then coated in a soft dough shell. These frozen bites are usually baked from frozen until the centres are hot and the outside is golden. They’re sold as a snackable format rather than a full pizza, with the filling doing the work in a smaller, hand-held shape. In Chicago Town’s frozen range, they sit alongside the brand’s stuffed-crust and deep-dish pizzas, but here the cheese and pepperoni are packed into individual pieces instead of one larger pie.
