Subs Ham & Pineapple

What is it?

Sub-shaped pizza rolls topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and pineapple. Frozen and baked from the oven tray, they come as individual rolls rather than a round pizza, so the crust-to-topping ratio is a bit different. Chicago Town uses the same pizza base idea here, but in a handheld format that sits somewhere between a sub roll and a mini pizza. The filling is spread over the top, with the dough forming a soft centre and a baked outer edge once cooked.
