Curry sauce with spice, onion, and tomato notes coats pieces of poultry alongside rice in a frozen meal for oven or microwave cooking. Rice is cooked separately before freezing so it can reheat without turning too soft. Within the frozen meals range, it sits alongside other single-serve dishes built around sauce and starch rather than pastry or pasta. Simple, straight-ahead format, with the curry and rice kept distinct in the tray until heating. Sauce loosens as it heats, spreading into the grains for a more combined finish by the time you eat it.
