Mild korma sauce, usually built from yoghurt, cream, and ground spices, coats pieces of poultry and pairs with pilau rice that's scented with whole spices and sometimes finished with bits of onion or sultana. Frozen in a single-serve meal format, it cooks in the microwave or oven and comes out as two familiar parts: saucy curry and separated rice. Compared with other frozen curries in the range, this one sits on the milder side and leans on the rice-and-sauce split rather than a mixed-bake or stir-in style.
