Breaded croquettes with a cheese and ham filling, sold frozen and cooked from chilled or straight from the freezer depending on the pack instructions. Each one has a crumbed outer shell and a soft centre that mixes melted cheese with diced ham. They’re usually served as a snack, side, or part of a mixed plate, and sit closer to party food than to Goodfella’s pizza range. Compared with plain potato croquettes, these lean richer and more savoury thanks to the filling, with the breadcrumb coating giving them a drier, crisper bite after baking or frying.
