Slow-simmered beef bones form the base of this broth, which is sold as a frozen item and thawed before use. It’s a clear, savoury liquid with a light body, meant for sipping or for adding depth to soups, sauces, and pan gravies. Compared with M&S’s stock-based soups and ready-made sauces, this sits closer to a kitchen staple than a finished meal, with a simpler ingredient list and a more concentrated beef flavour. Because it comes frozen, it keeps well in the freezer and can be portioned out as needed.
