Beer Battered Cod Bites

What is it?

Bite-sized cod pieces coated in beer batter, these frozen bites come ready to cook from the freezer. Usually baked in the oven or cooked in an air fryer, they’re meant to be heated until the batter turns crisp and the fish is hot through. The coating is flour-based with beer in the mix, while the centre is plain white fish. Compared with bigger battered fillets in M&S’s frozen range, these are more snack-sized and easier to portion out for sharing, grazing, or tucking into a sandwich or wrap.
