Cornish Vanilla Ice Cream

What is it?

Creamy Cornish dairy ice cream made with real vanilla, sold in a frozen tub and ready to scoop straight from the freezer. It's a simple vanilla format, built on milk and cream from Cornish dairy, with vanilla giving the base flavour. Compared with richer, more heavily flavoured varieties in the ice cream range, this one stays close to the base ingredients, so the texture and dairy character do most of the work. Serve it on its own, with fruit, or alongside cake and warm puddings. It softens fairly quickly once out of the freezer, reaching a smooth, scoopable consistency within a few minutes at room temperature.
