Cod fillets in a light seasoned coating, usually sold frozen and cooked from frozen in the oven. The dusting is there more for structure than crunch, so you’re mainly getting white fish, a thin flour layer, and seasoning rather than a thick batter. Compared with heavier breaded fish in M&S’s freezer range, this one stays closer to plain cod.
