Scottish Salmon Fishcakes

What is it?

Potato fishcakes with Scottish salmon, coated in a golden crumb. They're a simple chilled-meal style format, built around mashed potato and flaked fish rather than a loose filling. M&S usually splits its fishcake range between salmon, white fish, and mixed seafood versions, and this one keeps to the salmon end of that line.
