What is it?

Roasted peppers, courgette, tomatoes and red onion sit on Ristorante’s thin, crisp-style pizza base, with tomato sauce and melted cheese underneath. It bakes from frozen in a standard oven, so the crust cooks through while the vegetables soften and pick up a little char at the edges. Compared with other pizzas in the Ristorante range, this one leans harder on vegetables and keeps the toppings fairly simple. Thin crust, even coverage, and a familiar frozen pizza format do most of the work here.
