

Tikka-spiced breast pieces come in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce, with pilau rice on the side. Frozen and ready to heat, it's the sort of tray meal that separates the sauce from the rice so each keeps its own texture after microwaving. Rather than minced or shredded fillings you see in some other curry meals in the frozen range, whole tikka pieces are used here. The pilau rice adds grains of spice, often with onion and whole spices mixed through. Heat from frozen until piping hot, then stir the sauce through the rice if you want everything together.
