Chunky Roast Potatoes with Beef Dripping

What is it?

Chunky potato pieces are roasted in British beef dripping, then frozen for oven cooking. They’re cut larger than standard roast potatoes, so you get more soft centre under the browned surface. Sainsbury's uses a short ingredient list here, with potatoes, beef dripping and seasoning doing most of the work. Unlike mash or fries in the brand’s frozen range, these are built to sit alongside a roast dinner, but they can also be used as a side with sausages, chicken or eggs. Cook from frozen in the oven until hot through and crisp at the edges.
