Basil pesto and lemon lift a creamy sauce around breast pieces in this frozen tray bake, which comes out of the oven with a browned top. It's built around a familiar mix of herbs, citrus and dairy rather than a heavy pasta or rice base. Compared with other frozen bakes in the range, this one leans on pesto for most of its flavour, with lemon keeping the texture fairly loose and the sauce light.
