

Crispy onion bhajis with a soft cheese centre and mild heat, sold frozen for oven baking. They come as a shareable pack for two, with onion in the outer mixture and a molten filling in the middle. Compared with Tesco’s standard onion bhajis, these add the cheese core, which changes the texture from all crunch and spice to a mix of crisp shell, tender onion and gooey centre. Serve them from frozen, usually on a tray in a hot oven, until the coating has browned and the middle has warmed through.
